Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Full Refund
A full refund is available if requested within 7 calendar days of enrollment, provided no classroom lessons have been accessed and no behind-the-wheel instruction has been scheduled.
A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing costs.
2. Partial Refund
If classroom instruction has been started but no behind-the-wheel instruction has been scheduled or provided, a partial refund may be issued.
The refund amount will reflect the tuition paid minus the portion of classroom instruction already delivered and a $50 administrative fee.
3. No Refunds After Behind-the-Wheel Instruction Begins
Once any portion of the 6-hour behind-the-wheel instruction has been scheduled or commenced, no refunds will be issued.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Fee
Appointments for behind-the-wheel instruction that are canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 rescheduling fee.
5. Course Completion Deadline
Indiana law requires that driver education courses be completed within 180 days (approximately 6 months) of enrollment.
No refunds will be granted for incomplete courses after the 180-day period.
6. Refund Request Procedure
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the school office via email or postal mail.
Requests must include the student’s name, enrollment date, reason for refund, and payment details.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
7. Non-Transferable Enrollment
Tuition and enrollment apply only to the student originally registered.
Course enrollment is non-transferable to another student or individual.
